Opus Dei helps to find Christ in the work, the family and in the rest of the ordinary activities.

At the Mass for St Josemaría on 26 June 2017, Bishop John Wilson, Auxiliary Bishop of Westminster, delivered the following homily.

During yesterday's general audience, Pope Francis explained the meaning of martyrdom. He said that Christians who decide to live their faith coherently should take into account Jesus' words: there will be persecutions.

In his homily to the 400 people gathered for the celebration at St Thomas More church in north London, bishop Wilson encouraged his listeners to learn from St Josemaría’s “theology and spirituality of the donkey”.

This morning, the prelate of Opus Dei met with faithful of the prelature in Rome. It was the anniversary of the ordination of the prelature's first three priests, and also an occasion to celebrate Saint Josemaria's feast day.

In his June 21 general audience, Pope Francis spoke about the important role of the saints in the Church, and the need for "saints in everyday life."
